招聘岗位：Telecom Assistant

职责

1.Ensure the telecoms facilities function properly and continually to meet the requirement of related customer groups;
2. Perform the daily management/support/consultancy for telecoms facilities including data/voice network related systems and other messaging systems
3.Monitor data/voice network and assistant local/APH IT teams for routine network maintenance and troubleshooting;
4.Liaise closely with equipment vendors and telecoms suppliers to make sure that the best services are provided;
5.Maintain healthy team membership.

职位要求

1.A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline;
2.3 years or above IT/Telecoms support experiences;
3.Well versed in latest telecoms technology and products such as Cisco, Nortel, Tandberg etc.;
4.Strong written and Verbal English skills;
5.Excellent interpersonal skill.
