到这里为止，基本工作已经完成了，接下来到刚才填写的信箱去收信

然后就去访问第1个步骤的链接，使用你的Cisco ID登录，查看你的个人信息是否正确。

一般情况下前后会收到4封邮件,第一封是提交了申请之后,系统马上自动生成并发到申请者信箱的,这时最好到跟踪系统查看并更新申请者个人信息;第二封是Cisco发来的回复,申请者需要查看并按照提示去做,且必须在两个工作日内回复该邮件;第三封是Cisco对回复的解答,一般问题这时就解决了,去查看时也显示的是solved;第四封就是问题完全解决后,对方发来的一封信,主要是感谢你联系他们之类的,另外就是说为了提高服务质量,请帮忙完成一个调查。
